- Name, first name, email and telephone number: when you get in touch, book a lesson or place an order.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider Stripe; we do not store any banking information.
- Browsing data: through any technical cookies used for audience measurement and the proper functioning of the site.
2. Why this data is collected
No data is used for commercial prospecting without your explicit consent, nor sold or transferred to third parties.
- To organise and follow up piano lessons;
- To process sheet music orders and ensure delivery;
- To respond to your contact requests;
- To comply with our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).
3. Retention period
Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the period required by legal and accounting obligations (usually up to 5 years after the relationship ends), before being deleted.
4. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and portability of your data, as well as the right to object.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
