Terms and Conditions of Sale

• Private piano, music theory and composition lessons, given in person at the Provider's home;
• Sale of original sheet music, available as downloadable digital files.

2.1 Booking — Lessons are booked through this platform. A booking is considered confirmed once confirmed by message.

2.2 Rates — The hourly rate in force is shown on the site and may be revised at any time for new bookings, without retroactive effect on lessons already booked and confirmed.

2.3 Payment terms — Payment is made by bank transfer or cash at the end of each lesson, or by monthly package. If the personal services tax credit is introduced, the specific terms will be communicated separately.

2.4 Cancellation and rescheduling — Any cancellation by the Client must be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. After this deadline, the lesson may be charged in full. If the Provider is prevented from teaching, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded, at the Client's choice.

3.1 Products offered — The sheet music sold on the site are original compositions by the Provider, offered in digital format (PDF).

3.2 Ordering and payment — The order is finalised after full online payment via Stripe.

3.3 Delivery — As the sheet music is digital, it is made available immediately after payment, by direct download or email.

3.4 Right of withdrawal — In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. Consequently, by validating the order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the immediate download of the score entails the loss of the right of withdrawal.

The sheet music sold, as well as all content on the site (texts, arrangements, recordings where applicable), are original works protected by copyright, of which the Provider is the author or rights holder.

The purchase of a score grants the Customer a personal right of use (printing, private performance or in lessons). Any reproduction, resale, public distribution, modification or commercial exploitation, in whole or in part, without the Provider's prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.

The Provider may not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, temporary malfunction or interruption of the site, or misuse of digital files by the Customer (incompatible equipment, handling error, etc.).

The data collected (name, email, contact details) are used exclusively for managing lessons and orders, and are neither transferred nor sold to third parties. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, which can be exercised by writing to paulgonzalezlucas@gmail.com.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, in accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those provided for by ordinary law.
